Effective August 2026. This user agreement is between you and Hypergrowth Labs Inc., a California corporation (“we”, “us”), which operates Free Angels. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy, which is part of this agreement.
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or harm other members.
Be useful and civil. No harassment, hate speech, spam, scraping, impersonation, solicitation unrelated to the community, malware, or attempts to access data or accounts that are not yours. Members can report content, and moderators may remove anything that breaks these rules.
You keep ownership of the posts, replies, videos, and other material you contribute. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and distribute that material within Free Angels so the community works as intended. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including any third-party footage, music, logos, or company information in a video.
Member-submitted lessons are reviewed before publication. We may decline, edit placement, reorder, unlist, or remove content at our discretion. Removing your account removes your content from public view as described in the privacy policy.
Free Angels is an education and coordination community. Courses, posts, deal listings, and syndicate pages are informational only and are not an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities, and not investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, funding portal, or fund manager.
Syndicates on Free Angels are non-binding interest-gathering groups. Any actual investment happens off-platform, on the hosting platform the syndicate lead names, under that platform’s own terms and the applicable exemption. Do your own diligence; startup investments can lose their entire value.
Event details, capacity, waitlists, and meeting links are provided by the organizers. Meeting links are released to confirmed attendees shortly before start time. Do not share links or attendee information outside the event.
Our privacy policy explains what we collect, who can see it, how long we keep it, and how to export or delete your data. It is incorporated into this agreement by reference. Where the two documents overlap, the privacy policy governs data handling.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use Free Angels after a change means you accept it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hypergrowth Labs Inc., a California corporation is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, or investment losses arising from your use of Free Angels or reliance on member content.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California.
